A custom designed Video & Music Contest website for Butler University Media Arts Department. Allows contestants to submit an Entry Form, find rules and directions for the contest. The Entry Form is dynamic, changing options as contestant select their category of entry, without reloading, and emails the completed form to the person in charge of the contest, as well as a copy to the contestant for reference.
