Austin has years of extensive digital photographic retouching experience and polishing knowledge. He can work with any digital file, and can match any desired material or publishing purpose of the client. Graphic services include:
A published exampled of a microscope photograph that was enhanced and digitally colored can be found at National Institutes of Health's (NIH) website. After the initial publishing, the image was used in different variations on the NIH Home page and as the header for an article on Antimicrobial (Drug) Resistance. The image has also been published in the Washington Post. Published ExamplesAn example of a logo can be found for Rocky Mountain Laboratories (NIAID/NIH).A copy of a website developed for RML is hosted on this site, and includes significant amounts of Austin's own photographic and design skills, as well as web development abilities. Due to the importance of education, you may find that the timeframes for these services seem large. However, a balance for work and school is essential to my future (and sanity!), but also insures a thoroughly considered and quality product. The timefames and pricing of Graphic Projects vary widely on the scope of project (what the client hopes to accomplish), quality of originals if used, and additional printing costs. Average projects (photo retouching) can run about $30 per image and be accomplished in no less than a week, but no more than three per image. All work is, of course, subject to client approval and satisfaction. All prices and specification are subject to change and additional charges depending on client needs and requests. |
